Hazel is thrilled to be hosting another residential painting break in Derbyshire in the Peak District, at the Nightingale Centre. The later date begins on a Thursday and finishes on Sunday, making this a true "weekend art retreat" where you can relax and be creative with fellow artists in beautiful rural surroundings.
"The popularity of the July "Summer Art School" has taught me how much people appreciate having somewhere to try different techniques and follow their own ideas without being forced into anything specific. I have a series of small workshops and suggested topics and mediums for those who need guidance and an idea for a starting point, but I certainly don't expect people to paint in my style and encourage everybody to express themselves in their own way. It's infectious and always exciting!"
